About The Role:

We are a growing proprietary trading firm seeking an innovative C++ Software Developer to build and enhance automated trading strategies, platforms, and commercial tools. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize automated trading strategies for equities, options, and futures.
• Enhance and commercialize existing trading platforms and tools.
• Design and improve scalable, high-performance trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders and analysts to deliver technical solutions.
• Analyze trading data to improve strategy performance.
• Optimize systems for low-latency, high-frequency trading.
• Develop risk management and regulatory compliance tools.
• Create technical documentation and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong C++ server-side development skills in Linux environments.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to quickly learn new programming tools and technologies.
• Experience with multithreading, thread safety, and real-time systems.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, data structures and strong network programming skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional software development experience.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
