• Should have strong development experience in automotive domain

• Good knowledge of Software Development processes, Software Integration, Configuration of AUTOSAR SW Stack, Integration and Testing of AUTOSAR Stack

• Should have experience in the development/integration of the complete AUTOSAR Ethernet Stack

.• Experience in AUTOSAR configuration Tools like EB Tresos, DaVinci, ECU Spectrum

• Experience in drivers of SPI, I2C, UART.

• Proficiency in Automotive communication protocols like CAN, Flexray and LIN

• Identify Ethernet process and tool requirements

• Support Diagnostics and Serial Data projects related to AUTOSAR software and processes

• Provide leadership and management to software development teams and projects

• Consult with clients to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefits

• Develop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and skill level requirements

• Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defects

• Develop procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures

• Should have knowledge of project management tools/methodologies

• Should have knowledge on CMMI / ASPICE

• Should display strong process orientation
