C-Junior RAN Engineer（初階無線接取網路工程師）
Summary
Junior telecom engineer assisting clients with 4G LTE/5G NR RAN equipment deployment, activation, integration, upgrades, monitoring, alarm analysis, troubleshooting, and KPI/performance testing, plus technical documentation; includes on-site, night, and emergency maintenance. Core basics: TCP/IP networking, with Linux, LTE/5G knowledge, and Python/Excel as pluses.
【工作內容】
1.協助客戶 4G LTE／5G NR RAN 設備建置、開通、系統整合及驗收測試。
2.執行設備軟體升級、硬體擴充及功能驗證。
3.協助網路設備監控、告警分析、故障排除及日常維運。
4.支援客戶問題單（Trouble Ticket）處理與追蹤。
5.協助網路 KPI 分析、參數設定及效能測試。
6.製作技術文件、測試報告及維運紀錄。
7.配合專案需求支援現場作業、夜間維護及緊急故障處理。
【應徵條件
1.大學以上學歷，電機、電子、通訊、電信或資訊工程相關科系佳。
2.具備基本 TCP/IP、IP Networking 網路知識。
3.具備 Linux 基礎操作能力者佳。
4.了解 4G LTE／5G NR 或具備 Python、Excel 資料分析能力者佳。
5.具備英文技術文件閱讀能力及良好的問題分析、溝通與團隊合作能力。
6.對電信網路技術有學習熱忱，能配合專案需求。
