JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead medium to large-scale, multi-resource IT projects from planning through successful completion, including project estimation, technical design, development, implementation, and system installation.
Develop project work plans and coordinate technical activities across IT teams, ensuring solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, SDLC methodologies, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Analyze business and functional requirements, evaluate technical options, and recommend effective solutions aligned with business needs and technical environments.
Design, develop, and implement application enhancements with consideration for business functionality, system performance, scalability, and operational requirements.
Develop and maintain application code and perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality, functionality, performance, and compliance with technical requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams through workshops to understand requirements, identify system integration points, and develop detailed technical and system design documentation.
Coordinate integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production cutover, and go-live activities, ensuring all required resources and implementation steps are properly planned.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Application Developers, supporting their technical growth and development.
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance using system tracing, debugging, and diagnostic tools, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and leveraging new technologies and technical solutions, while ensuring proper change control and minimizing risks to production systems.
You will be discussing in-depth details of the duties with a consultant during the interview session.
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of experience in C#.Net/ WPF/ JavaExperience using JAVA and SQL technology.
Experience using JD Edwards development methodology
Experience in DevExpress. DevExpress is a leading provider of UI controls, frameworks, and developer productivity tools for building applications across desktops, web, and mobile platforms. It offers feature-complete components for technologies like WinForms, WPF, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript (Angular, React, Vue, jQuery), .NET MAUI, and VCL (Delphi/C++ Builder and C#).
Ability to effectively work with both technical staff and business process owners.
Understanding technical specifications, drawings, or engineering requirements is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English for business communication.
Salary : THB 65,000 (based on qualifications & experiences)
