A scaling global fintech business is expanding its core engineering team with a Senior Software Engineer. The organization’s underlying mission is financial access—building resilient, low-latency payment rails to connect underbanked populations worldwide with essential financial tools.

You will build brand-new greenfield development, owning core backend services from architectural design to rollout. Because the core tech team is lean, you will avoid corporate bureaucracy, tackle genuinely complex multi-threading problems, and see your work directly impact millions of end users.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect Systems
• Ship New Tech
• Drive Delivery

What You Need:

• 6+ years of hands-on C++ production experience.
• Deep technical capability in multi-threaded programming and high-concurrency execution.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and database architecture (SQL).

The Offer:

• Base Salary: €70,000-€80,000
