C# WPF UI Developer
Summary
This role involves developing simulation software user interfaces using C# and WPF, with some legacy support for C++ desktop applications. The developer will work within a dedicated UI team, focusing on rapid delivery, high-quality testing, and adherence to internal documentation.
Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- Commercial-grade C# and WPF user interface development skills via .NET 6-10, .NET Framework 4.8 or .NET Core
- Some knowledge of C++ desktop UI, e.g. MFC, for occasional legacy work
- User interface design ability, considering the customer use case
- The skill and inclination to work rapidly, towards the immediate needs of the business, and to a high standard including thorough testing
- Keen to participate in technical training and review our excellent documentation
- Resident in the Cambridge area, or have strong ties here
- Full existing long term UK work permission without visa sponsorship
- Develop simulation software engineering user interfaces using C# and WPF
- Support occasional legacy work in C++ desktop UI, such as MFC
- Contribute to a dedicated UI team
- Work quickly to meet immediate business needs while maintaining a high standard
- Carry out thorough testing
