Duties & Role:
- Maintain JWC and NCST software inventories while ensuring adherence to applicable security policies and standards
- Manage QA/QC activities for CIS builds and desktop image builds supporting exercises and operational events
- Conduct QA/QC testing of IT equipment and software prior to deployment and customer handover
- Ensure implementation and compliance of CIS security policies in accordance with exercise and operational documentation
- Lead and supervise technicians conducting internal quality audits and oversee the production of technical non-compliance reports
- Liaise closely with internal Section Heads and provide assistance as required
- Plan, schedule own work and monitor work of others – where applicable - within limited time horizons
- Perform other duties as may be required
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
- Strong knowledge of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) infrastructure management
- Experience in Change and Configuration Management procedures, including software releases, updates, approvals, and compliance tracking
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, CIS security policies, and compliance requirements within operational and exercise environments
- Ability to conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes for CIS builds, desktop image builds, IT equipment, and software systems
- Experience in testing and validation of IT systems prior to operational deployment, exercises, or customer handover
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to identify non-compliances and produce detailed technical audit reports
- Leadership and team management experience, including coordinating technicians and directing quality audit activities
- Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal units, stakeholders, and customers
