LEASING MANAGER
The Leasing Manager is responsible for all leasing activity in the company's North Orange County portfolio — approximately 1.1 million square feet across Brea, Orange, and Yorba Linda — including new leases, renewals, and the lease-up of available suites. This is direct, in-house, principal-side leasing: the Leasing Manager owns a defined book of business end to end, supported by the department's coordinator team and Property Management platform.
