CA FRESHER - BUSINESS FINANCE

As the Business Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies and providing valuable insights to the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as analyzing financial data to identify trends and make informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure financial integrity and provide timely and accurate financial reports.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
• Conduct financial forecasting and provide insights for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with business teams to optimize financial anlaysis and support.
• Provide financial analysis and support for business initiatives and projects.
• Assist in due diligence and financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technology-focused organization.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including ERP and Power BI.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
