We are looking for an experienced Wiring Harness Design Engineer
What You Will Work On
- Design and develop wiring harnesses for vehicle cab systems
- Create and modify wiring harness layouts and electrical designs
- Develop harness routing solutions aligned with vehicle packaging requirements
- Produce and maintain electrical design documentation
- Design and update electrical schematics and harness configurations
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during product development
- Support integration of electrical systems within vehicle cab environments
- Ensure designs comply with automotive engineering standards and customer requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve wiring harness design issues
- Support design reviews and engineering change activities
What You Bring
- Experience as a Wiring Harness Design Engineer within the automotive industry
- Strong experience designing vehicle cab wiring harnesses
- Ability to work independently throughout the design process
- Hands-on experience with CATIA V5
- Experience using Saber
- Experience using Capital (Mentor Capital)
- Experience using OAS
- Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems
- Experience creating electrical documentation and wiring harness designs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent Swedish language skills
