Cabin Crew Technology Manager - DEMO (Ci Only)

As a member of the cabin crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and welfare of passengers during flights. This role includes providing exceptional customer service, conducting safety demonstrations, and handling emergency situations if they arise. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers and assist them with boarding, seating, and stowing baggage.
• Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure passengers understand safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight, including serving meals and beverages.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor the cabin for any irregularities or potential safety risks.
• Handle emergency situations with confidence and composure, following established procedures.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with post-flight duties, including cleaning and preparing the cabin for the next flight.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Fluency in French is a plus.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting, standing, and reaching.
• Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently.
