Cabin Staff (multiroles Housekeeping & Front Office) - Kawah Ijen, Banyuwangi

What you will do:

• To Greet and ask about the reservation a guest in a proper manner

• Check and verify guest reservations through the Property Management System (PMS)

• Request guests' identification documents and ensure all registration forms are completed accurately

• Carry out daily operational tasks and responsibilities in accordance with instructions from the Cabin Branch Leader

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabins and public areas

• Ensure cleaning supplies and housekeeping trolleys are properly stocked and ready for use

You will fit in this job if you:

• Have at least 1 year or relevant work experience in the Housekeeping or Front Office department at a hotel or resort

• Are willing to work on a shift schedule

• Are available to work beyond scheduled hours when urgent operational needs arise

• Maintain a neat appearance and good personal grooming
