About the Role
Avance is seeking a Cabinet Assembler to join our team! Assemblers will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing cabinets according to standard operating procedure. This position involves using various tools, equipment and materials to ensure high-quality craftmanship and the timely completion of projects. This role is based out of a warehouse and involves manual labor in a manufacturing environment. The hours for this full-time role are Monday through Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established procedures including using appropriate tools and hardware components to assemble cabinets.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and work areas regularly to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, and other assemblers, to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when operating tools and machinery.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
