You’ll be a key player in bringing interior projects to life, working alongside a team that genuinely respects your expertise and expects you to use it. Every project brings something new. Franklin Building Supply is an established, employee-owned lumber and building materials distributor with a hand in every stage of the process, from cabinet production and countertop fabrication to a full design showroom where we help clients bring their spaces to life. We're not just selling materials; we're part of the build from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the technical backbone of our project process, translating design concepts into precise drawings, take-offs, and cost estimates that set up our sales, design, and production teams for success. Day to day, that looks like:

• Building accurate cabinet material take-offs from architectural drawings
• Creating 2D and 3D renderings in Cabinet Vision to communicate designs to builders and contractors
• Generating detailed estimates for materials, labor, and overall project costs
• Collaborating with Account Coordinators, Sales, and Design teams to keep projects aligned
• Reviewing and revising drawings as designs evolve

No two projects are identical. That’s by design. The best part of all? You don’t talk to customers directly!
