NOW HIRING: Wood Processing / Millwork Operator
6:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Join our team creating high-end custom millwork for ultra-luxury projects!
We are seeking an experienced Wood Processing/Millwork Operator to complete daily production schedules in our Panels or Solid Processing Departments. Responsibilities include setting up and operating edge banders, molders, shapers, dowel insertion machines, saws, and wide-belt sanders; following drawings, work orders, and procedures; inspecting parts for quality and accuracy; tagging and labeling materials; and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.
Qualifications:
- Woodworking/millwork machinery experience
- Experience with solid woods and veneers
- Knowledge of woodworking, manufacturing, and millwork drawings
- Computer knowledge
- Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet quality and production standards
- Flexible and willing to cross-train
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to repeatedly lift approximately 40 lbs.

Able to stand, grip, grasp, turn, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements
