We are hiring a cabinet technician with experience in installing new cabinets, cabinet refacing and trim carpentry experience.

- Remove existing cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and hardware in preparation for refacing.
- Measure and cut veneer or laminate materials to reface cabinet frames and boxes accurately.
- Apply veneer, laminate, or wood surfaces to cabinet exteriors using adhesives and specialized tools.
- Install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, hinges, handles, and other hardware.
- Ensure all cabinet components are level, properly aligned, and securely attached.
- Sand, finish, or touch up cabinet surfaces to ensure a professional, polished appearance.
- Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure safe use of tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients or supervisors regarding project details, timelines, and potential issues.
- Travel to job sites and work in residential or commercial settings, following all safety and cleanliness protocols.
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of experience in cabinet refacing.
- Must have Trim carpentry experience.
- Must know how to use all basic power tools related to carpentry such as table say, miter saw, nail gun etc.
- Must possess great attention to detail.
- Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions as well as read blue prints for cabinet work.
- Must have good communication skills, be able to follow direction and customer service skills.
- Relevant experience with cabinet painting will be a HUGE plus for this position.
- Must have good time management skills and efficient with work.
