- Essential functions of the job:
- Communicate with supervisors and managers
- Read, understand, and interpret drawings, bills of material, and other documentation with minimal supervision
- Cut and strip wire to specifications
- Crimp terminals to wire ends
- Insert pins in connectors
- Install and shrink insulation sleeving
- Install cable ties
- Assemble simple harnesses
- Perform mechanical assembly
- Assist in the training of Cable Assembly 1 employees
