YOUR ROLE
- Defining and technical supervision of the production process
- Implementation of projects related to the introduction of new materials/cables for electrical harnesses in vehicles in accordance with procedures, standards, and customer requirements
- Proposing and developing alternative technical solutions, implementing new technologies
- Defining specifications and requirements for testing and processes
- Engineering supervision over the production of cable prototypes
- Using knowledge of the product manufacturing process in the evaluation of tests
- Supervision of technical documentation
- Defining specifications and requirements for testing and processes
- Preparation and performance of tests according to customer specifications and international standards
- Creating ideas and concepts for product development
- Coordination/implementation of tests according to customer specifications/international standards
- Coordination and maintaining contacts with suppliers and customers
- Understanding and application of quality systems
- Supervise, train, organize work and support small team
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Engineering degree
- Cable products knowledge: cable types, used materials, cable production processes, costs calculations
- Production process digitalization and data management: Cable specific programs / SAP/ MES / knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in English
- Teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the working time
