Creates and reviews 2D manufacturing drawings, programs CNC machines, and coordinates jigs/fixtures for production in a precision engineering environment.

Support engineering and manufacturing project/ concept design/ programming from start till complete
Job Description
Coordinate with planner on the machine allocation/ Raw material ETA/ detailing and assembly
Prepare, review and release 2D drawings with drafting child part drawing
Prepare treatment masking drawing
Prepare jig and fixture for machine/ detailing
Prepare programming for machine Work with external department on process discussion
Create Setup sheet/ Check sheet/ Tool list and work with setter during 1st setup.
Work quality team on the inspection and trouble shoot if there is any issue arise
Update the Bom and Route to Excel format
Other information
Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Location : Changi North
Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
