CAD Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and develop AV system designs using CAD software. Create detailed schematics, layouts, and equipment specifications for audio systems.
- Generate accurate and precise CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, equipment rack layouts, and wiring diagrams. Ensure that all designs adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to coordinate design activities and ensure seamless integration of AV systems.
- Review and validate AV design documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all design changes and project documentation.
- Create precise proposals basis CAD designs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project changes.
