CAD Designer
The CAD Designer will be responsible for the production of initial designs, details, shop drawings and arrangement layout drawings for fire suppression systems. He / She will also ensure that the drawings and hydraulic calculations can be finished in the targeted time.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and drafting of the technical drawings for projects, proposal submissions, etc.
- Produce Hydraulic calculation and AUTOCAD design drawing according to the relevant code requirements and the project requirements;
- Preparation of precision technical shop drawings, M&E drawings, working drawings, detail drawings and as-built drawings using AutoCAD software
- Designing and modifying for project related submissions
- Assist in quantity and dimension measurement
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
- Documentation of working drawings and projects
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Design Manager
Requirements
· At least 2 years AutoCAD experience proficiency
· Ability to read and understand M & E and architectural drawings
· Computer skills in Microsoft office such as Word and Excel
· Organized and detailed
· Independent and outgoing personality
· Ability to think out-of-the-box
