CAD Designer / Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced CAD Designer / Interior Designer to support our commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be able to prepare technical drawings, assist in design development, and coordinate with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.

• Prepare shop drawings and technical drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.

• Assist in developing design concepts and preparing design presentations.

• Create 3D drawings/renderings using 3D Max or other relevant software.

• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.

• Conduct site measurements when required.

• Update drawings according to project requirements and revisions.

• Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within deadlines.

• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in commercial interior fit-out / renovation projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max software.

• Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.

• Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision.

• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

• AutoCAD & 3D Max Software (Required)

• Photoshop / Presentation Software (Advantage)
