Position Summary
The Warehouse Solutions Consultant partners with customers throughout Hawaii to identify warehouse storage, operational, and facility improvement opportunities. This role combines consultative sales, warehouse layout design using AutoCAD, and project coordination to deliver warehouse solutions from concept through installation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
- Develop relationships with warehouse managers, operations leaders, and business owners.
- Conduct facility assessments and discovery meetings.
- Identify warehouse storage, safety, and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and recommended solutions.
- Maintain opportunity and customer activity within CRM systems.
Warehouse Design & Layout Development
- Create AutoCAD warehouse layouts and storage system drawings.
- Review customer plans, field measurements, and operational requirements.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and storage recommendations.
- Prepare design presentations and project documentation.
- Coordinate drawings with vendors, engineers, and installation teams.
Project Coordination
- Support projects through permitting, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, engineers, and contractors.
- Track milestones, approvals, and project status.
- Assist with project documentation and customer handoff.
