CAD Drafter (Authority Submissions)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update CAD drawings and Revit BIM models for submissions to SCDF, URA, BCA, LTA, JTC and CoreNET / CoreNET X.
• Prepare architectural and electrical drawings based on project requirements and instructions from the relevant consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams to conduct clash detections, obtain information and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Revise drawings and models following consultant comments and authority requirements.
• Maintain accurate drawing records, proper version control, and ensure timely completion of assigned drafting work.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with relevant architectural or MEP drafting experience.
• Familiar with Singapore authority submission drawing requirements for SCDF, URA, BCA, LTA and JTC via CoreNET (familiarity with CoreNET X is an advantage).
• Able to read, coordinate, and prepare architectural and electrical drawings.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Able to manage drawing revisions and meet project deadlines.
