CAD Technician (Architecture)

Job Title: Graduate Architecture CAD TechnicianLocation: NewmarketSalary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Architecture CAD Technician to join our dynamic team in Newmarket. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their career in architecture and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design solutions.
• Ensure all drawings and designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the design process.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• A degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, etc.). Revit, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• A keen interest in architecture and design.
