CADP Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time CADP Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.

*This position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and revise curriculum and instructional materials for CADP courses.
• Execute course development projects in coordination with Government SMEs and stakeholders.
• Apply the ADDIE model throughout all phases of course development.
• Develop course objectives and student learning objectives utilizing Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Ensure all instructional materials meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Create and maintain design documentation and development plans.
• Conduct research to support curriculum updates and new course development.
• Perform quarterly quality reviews of learning products and document findings.
• Ensure compliance with Air University, DAF, accreditation, and CLDS standards.
