If you have experience in the food and beverage world, M Culinary is searching for a passionate Café Cook to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the role:
Your day will consist of preparing and serving food, as well as interacting with clients throughout your day. During the breakfast and lunch hours, you will be on the front lines working a station and helping clients. Your day will also consist of overall cafe prepping such as wrapping, labeling, and putting products away. As your day wraps up, you'll have to make sure the kitchen, and appliances are left clean and sanitized.
Hours: Monday through Thursday 5:30am - 3pm; Off Friday, Weekends and Holidays

What we need from you:
Besides your amazing attitude, we need a dynamic individual with previous experience on a hot fire line and the ability to effectively communicate with both team members and leadership. Maintaining confidentiality of staff and clients is crucial.
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to work a breakfast and lunch flat-top during high-volume service hours and remain calm with a focus on food quality and customer service.
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to changing circumstances such as staff shortages.
Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills, be open to cross-training at all stations, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
