Cafe East Line Cook

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa - A Wyndham Grand Hotel is currently hiring experienced Cooks for our Cafe East Restaurant.

We are currently seeking hard-working and experienced individuals to join our team as a cook.

One to two years experiences.

The right individual would be ambitious hard working and team oriented.

Typical Hours: 3pm-11pm or 4 pm-12 am

Weekends and holidays are required.

Job Requirements:

· Set up, clean, and stock kitchen prep station.

· Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes.

· Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.

· Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on the chef’s guidance.

· Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately.

· Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils.

· Store equipment at the end of shifts.

· Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene.
