Café Floater (Front & Back of House Support)

Primavera Coffee Roasters is seeking an energetic Café Floater to keep our shop running seamlessly! You’ll be the ultimate team player, stepping in wherever needed—from welcoming guests at the register to assisting in the kitchen, washing dishes, and keeping the café sparkling clean and fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Register: Take customer orders accurately, operate the POS/cashier system, and deliver warm, friendly service.
• Dining Room Care: Buss and sanitize tables, empty trash/recycling, and restock guest stations (sugar, cups, napkins, utensils).
• Back of House Support: Assist with dishwashing, basic food prep, restocking pantry shelves, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• General Maintenance: Help maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and organization across all café areas.

Qualifications

• Friendly, upbeat attitude with a strong focus on hospitality and customer service.
• Adaptable and eager to switch tasks quickly between front and back of house.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-first mindset.
• Prior café, restaurant, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
