About usICE & TIME is a Japan-inspired kakigori café nestled in the heart of Tanjong Pagar. We believe that purity takes time — from the ice we shave to the spaces we keep. Every detail is intentional, every interaction considered.
The roleWe are looking for a part-time team member who takes quiet pride in their work. You will be the first and last impression a guest has of ICE & TIME — someone who moves with care, communicates with warmth, and upholds the calm, clean environment our guests come for.
What you'll do
Greet and guide guests with warmth and attentiveness
Prepare and present kakigori and beverages with precision
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the café at all times (including tableware cleaning, dining area, and restroom maintenance)
Handle transactions accurately and follow opening/closing procedures
Support restocking and prep tasks during quieter periods
Who we're looking for
Punctual, reliable, and committed to your scheduled shifts
Highly detail-oriented — you notice what others overlook
Proactive — you act without waiting to be told
An appreciation for Japan aesthetics, tea, or dessert culture
Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship · Prior F&B experience is a plus
What we offer
$12–$15 / hr (Commensurate with experience)
Fri–Sun (required); Weekday shifts available
