Job Purpose:

The Cafe' Member position requires the ability to assist in all operations of the cafe, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and quality for which GOOD EARTH MARKETS is known.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and cooking scratch soup recipes.
Maintain fresh ingredients and ensure the café is fully stocked to meet the menu requirements at all times.
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe by adhering to all required health safety codes and practices.
Follow recipes and designated kitchen practices to ensure product consistency and quality.
Stand for long periods and complete tasks that require repetitive motions, lifting, and bending.
Perform other duties throughout the cafe as assigned or needed to support overall operations.
Demonstrate a great attitude, willingness to learn, and accept feedback to continuously improve service and product delivery.
Display excellent attention to detail and a desire to be part of a great team, ensuring a positive and energetic work environment.
Be self-motivated, reliable, and punctual, setting a standard for professionalism within the cafe team.
