Position Title: Café Ops Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 10,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A new social boutique café in Abu Dhabi for artists and coffee drinkers Job Description: • Oversee end-to-end café operations ensuring smooth daily service, high efficiency, and brand consistency in a premium lifestyle café environment. • Drive exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards. • Manage operational performance including sales, cost control, inventory, and targets. • Lead and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure productivity

• Open to CIS/Arabic Nationals, Aged 35 and below • Must have total 4 yrs UAE experience in Café set up as a manager • Strong knowledge of operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory, and cost control • Knowledge of food safety & hygiene (HACCP) and proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting (Excel)
