Outlet Manager

Training Towards Operations Manager

Salary: $2,800 – $3,200/month
Working Days: 6 days/week
Working Hours: 54 hours/week, based on shift schedule
Rest Day: 1 day/week
Location: Assigned outlet; may support other outlets when required

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
• Lead, supervise and train outlet staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and customer service standards.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and wastage control.
• Handle cash, POS and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor sales, expenses and outlet performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety and company policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Assist other outlets when required.

Career Development

• Cross-train across different outlets.
• Develop multi-outlet management and manpower planning skills.
• Learn to monitor sales, labour costs, food costs and outlet performance.
• Coach supervisors and outlet managers.
• Conduct outlet audits and drive operational improvements.
• Progress towards an Operations Manager role based on performance and readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in F&B, retail or outlet management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and people-management abilities.
• Willing to work shifts and 6 days/week.
• Motivated to progress into a multi-outlet management role.
