Job Summary
Join The Lawn as a full-time or part-time team member to support daily cafe operations, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily cafe operations and timely service delivery
- Adapt quickly to new tasks and procedures in a fast-paced food service setting to maintain operational efficiency
- Complete assigned duties reliably and responsibly to support overall cafe performance
- Arrive punctually and comply with scheduled operating hours to maintain consistent service availability
- Communicate clearly in English to assist customers effectively and collaborate with colleagues
- Work scheduled shifts Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 7:30pm and weekends from 8:30am to 2:30pm
- Manage workload within a 44-hour workweek across 5.5 days, ensuring productivity and adherence to break times
- Utilize 14 days of annual leave and observe Public Holidays off as per company policy
