Café Supervisor - Watts Gallery, Guildford

Set in the beautiful Surrey Hills, Watts Gallery is an award-winning arts destination welcoming visitors from across the UK and beyond. Our café plays a key part in the visitor experience, offering high-quality food, drinks and friendly service in a stunning setting. We're looking for an enthusiastic Café Supervisor to help lead the team and create memorable experiences for every guest.

We Offer:

Rate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour upon successful completion of probation
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, including weekends
Contract: Full Time

About the Café Supervisor Role

• Oversee the day-to-day café operation, ensuring excellent food quality and customer service at all times.
• Supervise, motivate and support the café team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Support the management team in driving sales and achieving operational goals.
• Ensure high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Lead by example and help create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, along with excellent customer service and leadership skills. You'll be proactive, organised, enjoy working in a busy environment and be passionate about delivering outstanding experiences to our visitors.
