Cafe Team Member for Gourmet Toast Juice Coffee and Smoothie Bar and Cafe in northern Colorado Springs

Join the 2026 Best of Colorado Springs winner for best Juice and Smoothie bar! We're seeking a highly energetic and positive Team Member to join our dynamic team at Toastique. As a key member of our cafe team, you'll be responsible for creating delicious smoothies, toasts, and bowls, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. We are offering 3-4 part-time weekday shifts and at leasts one weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders on the POS and double-check customer orders to ensure accuracy
• Prepare smoothies, bowls, and toasts according to tickets, maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation
• Answer the store's phone and direct inquiries to shift leads or managers
• Clean smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables, and bathrooms
• Restock disposable ware, cups, and merchandiser items as needed
• Take direction from shift leads or managers to ensure all prep is done correctly
• Assist with Back of House duties as needed, including dishes, sweeping, and mopping
• Work collaboratively as a team to achieve highest customer satisfaction

Maturity!

• Food Safe Handler certificate
