📌Your mission is to ensure operational excellence and maximum customer loyalty in the different assigned centers, guaranteeing quality service through a high capacity for adaptation and geographic mobility.

What you'll do

• Customer service: Provide close yet formal treatment, adapting the service to the clientele of each center to ensure their loyalty and customer service during breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon snacks.
• Operations and tool handling: Agile handling of PDA and professional use of trays, support in cross-functional tasks as needed.
• Maintenance and provisioning: Order, cleanliness, and provisioning of the premises.
• Mobility and flexibility: travel between the different points of sale according to service coverage needs.

What we're looking for

• Professional experience: minimum of at least 1 year in hospitality or customer service.
• Basic qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education.
• Professional qualification: Intermediate or Higher Level Vocational Training in Restaurant Services.
• Other requirements: Food handler's certificate.
