Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cafeteria Worker to join our team in Lima, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience working under a cafeteria supervisor, preferably at General Dynamics, and be able to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming cafeteria environment. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and serving meals to employees and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafeteria area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Support the cafeteria supervisor with daily operations and inventory management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to all cafeteria patrons.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of cafeteria stations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working under a cafeteria supervisor, preferably at General Dynamics.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
