職位介紹｜About the Role

本職位負責工程專案的建築材料採購、採購合約管理及供應商協調，協助確保材料供應符合專案需求與成本目標，並與相關部門密切合作，支持國內及海外採購業務的發展。

This role is responsible for construction material procurement, procurement contract management, and supplier coordination. The position works closely with other teams to support project requirements, cost objectives, and the development of domestic and international procurement operations.

主要工作內容｜What You’ll Do

1. 執行建築材料詢價、比價、採購及相關作業。
2. 協助工程發包、採購合約管理及相關文件維護。
3. 追蹤採購合約履約情形、材料交期及供應進度，確保符合專案需求。
4. 協助工程專案材料成本控管及採購資料整理。
5. 維護供應商資料，協助國內外供應商開發、聯繫及合作事項。
6. 與相關部門協調材料需求與採購相關事項。

1. Handle material inquiries, price comparisons, and procurement activities for construction materials.
2. Support subcontracting activities, procurement contract management, and related documentation.
3. Monitor procurement contract fulfillment, material delivery schedules, and supply progress to meet project requirements.
4. Support material cost control and procurement documentation for engineering projects.
5. Maintain supplier records and support the development, communication, and coordination of domestic and international suppliers.
6. Coordinate material requirements and procurement activities with other teams.

必要條件｜Required Qualifications

1. 具備基本數據整理、價格比較及成本計算能力。
2. 具備基本商務文件閱讀及合約文件整理能力。
3. 具備中英文商務書信閱讀及基本書面溝通能力。

3. Ability to communicate and handle business correspondence in both Chinese and English.
