採購人員- Procurement Specialist (新竹)

Support the project manager and commercial manager to generate purchase requisition in project execution phase.

1. Collect purchase requests from project engineers.
2. Verify requests to align with working scopes (work breakdown structure).
3. Do the data entry into system.
4. Seek qualified quotation from vendors.
5. Assist project manages and commercial managers to access and approve purchase request.
6. Coordinate with buyer to initiate procurement flows.
