數位與 AI 工具驅動：鼓勵使用 ChatGPT、Claude 等 AI 工具以及 Notion / ERP / Google Workspace，以自動化工具提升管理效率。

關鍵任務與挑戰

全球供應鏈調度：開發、評估並管理國內外原料商與代工廠（OEM），確保在業務快速成長下，品質、成本與交期維持高度穩定。

建立「自主運轉」系統：將採購與生產排程 SOP 化，建立健全的預警與補貨機制，打造高穩定度的供應鏈運作體系。

數據驅動決策：透過庫存周轉率、交期與成本數據分析優化利潤，精準控管全球庫存。

品質與合規守門：確保所有代工與原料環節符合品牌標準與國際合規要求。

我們在尋找這樣的你

3–5 年以上採購/生管經驗：具備供應鏈實務經驗

適應多國文化與雙語溝通：不排斥英文溝通，樂於與不同文化背景的團隊協作。

系統化與當責思維：熱愛建立規則與 SOP，能將複雜的生產排程轉化為清晰順暢的作業準則。

數位與數據導向：熟悉 Excel 數據分析，且對 ERP、雲端協作及 AI 工具應用有極高興趣。

溝通與談判能力：具備良好溝通韌性，能與國內外廠商溝通，在確保品質的前提下取得最佳成本與交期。

加分條件：具備進出口貿易實務經驗，或曾在快速成長期的新創公司任職。

We are not just a food company—we are promoters for an "additive-free" healthy lifestyle. Since becoming a Costco supplier in 2016, we have successfully expanded into Costco China and continue to accelerate our growth across Southeast Asia and American markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Operations & Facility Support: Maintain office tidiness, comfort, and maintain office supplies.

Administrative Support: Assist colleagues with administrative tasks, guest reception, and incoming/outgoing mail management.

Process Digitization & SOP Development: Document administrative and operational procedures to help establish standard workflows for cross-border collaboration.

Inventory & Shipping Data Management: Assist in tracking product movement and inventory records to ensure smooth fulfillment.
