採購Sourcer

1.Manage supplier sourcing, RFQ and quotation analysis.
2.Identify and develop alternative suppliers.
3.Support cost reduction and supplier negotiations.
4.Evaluate supplier capability, capacity, lead time and sourcing risks.
5.Support NPI projects and supplier selection activities.
6.Coordinate with Engineering, PM, Quality and Operations teams.
7.Monitor market trends and material cost movements.
8.Maintain sourcing data and related report.

Requirements

學歷：大學、碩士
1.Experience in supplier management and cost negotiation.
2.Strong analytical and communication skills.
3.Electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
