材料研發/應用工程師－結構組 [Materials R&D & Applications Engineer – Structural Team]

CellMo 結構團隊主要研究多孔金屬在結構與功能性材料領域的應用，透過材料與孔隙結構的設計，開發符合不同物理與功能需求的材料。目前的研發方向包括輕量化複合材料、吸能／吸震結構、聲學濾波元件、電磁屏蔽(EMI Shielding)、精密濾材等，也持續探索其他可能的應用。

職務內容：
1. 根據不同應用需求，設計並開發適用材料
2. 研究材料組成、孔隙結構等參數如何影響材料的機械與功能性質
3. 設計實驗、分析測試結果，找出影響性能的關鍵因素並改善材料
4. 與客戶及團隊合作開發產品，優化材料在實際應用中的表現
5. 與製程團隊合作，解決材料製程與量產時遇到的問題

我們期待您：
1. 具備材料、機械、化工、物理或其他工程相關學位或實務經驗
2. 能規劃實驗、分析數據，並從結果中找出問題
3. 喜歡動手做實驗，也願意反覆嘗試不同方法
4. 對材料與不同領域的應用有興趣，能快速適應新領域
5. 能清楚表達想法，並與團隊一起討論、解決問題

CellMo's Structural Team develops porous metal materials for structural and functional applications, tailoring their structures and properties to meet different performance requirements.
Our current research covers lightweight composites, energy-absorbing structures, acoustic filters, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding, and precision filtration, while continuing to explore new applications.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop porous metal materials for different structural and functional applications.
2. Study how material compositions and pore structures affect mechanical and functional properties.
3. Design experiments, analyze results, and refine material designs.
4. Work with customers and internal teams to develop products and improve material performance in actual applications.
5. Collaborate with process engineers to solve manufacturing challenges and support production scale-up.

What We're Looking For:
1. Education or practical experience in materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or a related field.
2. Skills in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving.
3. Hands-on and willing to experiment with different approaches.
4. Curious about materials and their potential applications, and quick to learn new concepts.
5. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
