材料研發/應用工程師－熱傳組 [Materials R&D & Applications Engineer – Thermal Team]

CellMo 散熱團隊主要研究多孔金屬在散熱領域的應用，透過材料與孔隙結構的設計，開發適合不同散熱需求的材料。目前的研發項目包括均溫板(VC)毛細結構、單相/兩相冷板多孔結構、無風扇散熱結構、相變複合熱介面材料(TIM)等。

職務內容：
1. 根據不同應用需求，設計並開發適用材料
2. 研究孔隙結構、表面性質等參數如何影響材料性能
3. 設計實驗、分析測試結果，找出影響性能的關鍵因素並改善材料
4. 與客戶及團隊合作開發散熱元件，優化材料在實際產品上的表現
5. 與製程團隊合作，解決材料製程與量產時遇到的問題

我們期待您：
1. 具備材料、機械、化工、熱流或其他工程相關學位或實務經驗
2. 能規劃實驗、分析數據，並從結果中找出問題
3. 喜歡動手做實驗，也願意反覆嘗試不同方法
4. 對材料或散熱技術有興趣，能快速適應新領域
5. 能清楚表達想法，並與團隊一起討論、解決問題

CellMo's Thermal Team develops porous metal materials for thermal management, optimizing their structures and properties to improve thermal performance.
Our current projects include vapor chamber (VC) wicks, porous structures for single- and two-phase cold plates, fanless cooling structures, and phase-change composite thermal interface materials (TIMs).

Responsibilities:
1. Develop porous metal materials for different thermal applications.
2. Study how pore structures and surface properties affect material performance.
3. Design experiments, analyze results, and refine material designs.
4. Work with customers to develop cooling components and improve material performance in actual products.
5. Collaborate with process engineers to solve manufacturing challenges and support production scale-up.

We're Looking For:
1. A background in materials science, mechanical, chemical, thermal engineering, or a related field, through education or practical experience.
2. Experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
3. Hands-on and willing to experiment with different approaches.
4. Curious about materials and thermal technologies, and quick to learn new concepts.
5. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
