【About The Role】
This role is part of the Finance of Accounting Department and supports the Corporate Finance Team.
The position is responsible for PnL preparation, budgeting, rolling projections, and financial analysis, providing timely and insightful recommendations to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Prepare and analyze PnL reports, plan, rolling projections, and monthly financial results.
• Consolidate financial data, validate assumptions, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.
• Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ad-hoc business analysis to support project evaluation and management decisions.
• Translate financial results into clear insights, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations with a forward-looking perspective.
• Prepare concise presentations and reports for management review, clearly communicating key findings, assumptions, and action items.

【Requirements】

• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or external audit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong formula skills; Access and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English (TOEIC 700+) with the ability to communicate effectively with APIC contacts.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-disciplined, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
