我們正在尋找財務會計助理，協助公司日常財務作業、帳務處理與行政支援。
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations, accounting processes, and administrative coordination.

【工作內容 Responsibilities】

• 協助日常帳務處理與資料整理

Assist in daily accounting records and financial data organization

• 基本帳務作業（應付/應收、發票整理等）

Basic accounting tasks including AR/AP and invoice management

• 協助費用報銷與請款流程

Support expense reimbursement and payment processing

• 配合主管交辦之財務與行政相關事項

Handle finance and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

• 協助文件整理與內部行政支援

Support document filing and internal administrative tasks

【條件需求 Requirements】

• 具基本會計與借貸概念

Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit)

• 細心負責，具良好數字敏感度

Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy

• 思緒清晰，能有條理處理多項任務

Organized thinking and able to handle multiple tasks

• 具耐心與穩定性，能處理重複性作業

Patient and stable in handling repetitive tasks

• 良好溝通能力與團隊合作精神

Good communication skills and team spirit

加分條件 Preferred Qualifications

• 具會計、財務或相關科系背景

Background in accounting, finance, or related field

• 熟悉 Excel 或基本財務工具

Familiar with Excel or basic financial tools

• 有相關工作經驗者佳

Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus
