3. Funding management of Central Bank's account to meet its requirement of legal deposit reserve and liquidity reserve. 管理中央銀行帳戶資金，確保符合法定存款準備金與流動準備金規定。
4. Securities investment including CBC's NCD purchase and short-term bills purchase. 執行有價證券投資業務，包括中央銀行可轉讓定期存單（NCD）及短期票券之投資。
5. Handling and controlling funding positions complying with cash flow limit and interest gapping limit. 監控與管理資金部位，確保符合現金流量及利率缺口限額要求。
