財務主管- Financial Controller

Role Summary

Governs technical accounting compliance and risk-based internal controls, providing strategic leadership in process optimization and financial governance to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting integrity.

This role will also provide leadership for financial and operational management systems and process improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

o   Management of a team of people covering the full range of record-to-report tasks and account reconciliation cycles, primary day-to-day hands-on responsibility for implementing, managing, and controlling all accounting and financial reporting across the company.

o   Leads the company-wide development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, strategies, linked metrics and procedures in relation to financial and operational management including system deployment and accounting process inbuilt.

o   Ensure compliance with all financial & accounting regulations, policies, and procedures. Timely production of accurate and up-to-date financial reports that guarantee the integrity of any data produced be in line with US GAAP (GE GAAP) & ROC GAAP.

o   Ensure timely and quality monthly & quarterly closings, highlighting at an early stage if any concern or risk that may adversely affect the financial performance or liability of the business.

o   Responsible for executing Statutory and Tax reporting during relevant accounting cycle with timely and accurate financial filing.

o   Coordinates timely completion of external, CAS and internal audit procedure. Ensure all financial records and related data available made to representatives of the internal audit, Deloitte, PwC, and other parties conduct audits or reviews of the business.

Required Qualifications
o   Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
o   10+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting and additional 5+ years in auditing, CPA certified preferred
o   Excellent interpersonal and leadership, problem-solving, project management skills
o   Strong oral and written communication skills in English
o   Advanced skills in excel spreadsheets and ERP system
