As we continue to expand our quantum computing capabilities, we are growing our engineering team to support the design and deployment of highly integrated quantum computing platforms.


Role Overview


We are seeking a Calibration & AI-Ops Scientist to develop automated calibration, monitoring, and optimization solutions for superconducting quantum computing platforms.

The successful candidate will help improve system performance through the application of data science, automation, and machine learning techniques.


Key Responsibilities


Automation & Calibration

  • Develop automated calibration workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and operational drift.
  • Improve reliability and recovery processes.


Data Science & AI

  • Analyze large experimental and operational datasets.
  • Develop machine learning models to optimize performance.
  • Generate insights to support engineering teams.


Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and operations teams.
  • Support deployment of automated operational tools.


Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in Physics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • Experience with Python, data analytics, and automation.
  • Machine learning experience is strongly preferred.
