• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically driven Calibration & Validation Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with hands-on experience in temperature and humidity calibration to work across critical environments and highly regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology and semiconductor.

You will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, compliance and traceability of critical measurement and environmental monitoring systems.

🔬 Your Key Responsibilities

Calibration & Measurement

• Perform calibration of temperature and humidity instruments, including:RTDs and thermocouplesHumidity sensors and hygrometerspH probesData loggersEnvironmental monitoring systems
• Conduct calibrations using dry blocks, temperature baths and humidity chambers.
• Compare measured values against recognised standards and perform adjustments where required.
• Ensure all calibration activities maintain proper traceability to national and international standards.

🧪 Validation & Environmental Monitoring

• Conduct validation activities in controlled environments, including:Environmental chambersCleanroomsStorage areasCold roomsLaboratories
• Ensure monitoring and validation systems meet applicable regulatory and industry requirements.
• Support continuous monitoring of critical environmental conditions.

📊 Analysis & Troubleshooting

• Analyse calibration results and measurement uncertainty.
• Identify instrument drift, deviations and out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Investigate technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on calibration equipment.
• Coordinate equipment repair and servicing when required.

📋 Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive calibration, validation and maintenance records.
• Prepare documentation required for audits, inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with relevant standards and guidelines, including:ISO 17025GMP requirements FDA guidelines where applicable
• Support audit readiness by ensuring complete documentation and proper equipment traceability.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Calibration & Validation, in Temperature & Humidity.
• Hands-on experience with calibration instruments and environmental monitoring systems
